TouchBase Pears won at RICS Regional Awards.

TouchBase Pears, an innovative development in Selly Oak, Birmingham for deafblind charity Sense, has won the Community Benefit Award at this year’s RICS Regional Awards.

The judges were impressed with the project saying that it is “a building that oozes true Community Benefit”, delivering specialist services for their disabled users, as well local people and businesses across the private and public sectors.
